A
documentary photographic project to celebrate the
800 years since Bridgwater was granted its
town charter. Bridgwater hides a wealth of history
as well as being a very busy place in the modern world.
The river with its ships, fish, eels and mud, its
industrial past and present, carnival and fairs give
Bridgwater a character all of its own.
The
50 photographs include landscapes, buildings, portraits
and photo documentary in Pauline's own particular
style. They are accompanied by the delightful writings
and poetry of James Crowden.
