Pauline Rook lives and works in the West Country. She draws the inspiration for her work from the richness of the local landscape, architecture and people.

Her work in documenting rural life has been recognised with several major commissions including the Countryside Agency and the Year of the Artist.

She runs a successful portraiture business, preferring to use the wealth of locations available locally to bring a fresh and original approach to each commission. Pauline also has a studio when required.

Professionally qualified with the Master Photographers Association (MPA) Pauline has won numerous awards for her work within the region.

An Associate of the Royal Photographic Society (RPS), her photos have also been exhibited widely across the South West and have featured in numerous local and national magazines. She also has two books published illustrating much of her photographic work, her inspirational prints have sold to discerning collectors worldwide.
