Pauline has worked as a successful portrait photographer in Somerset for many years now. She specialises in high quality artistic black and white images but is however, equally happy to take colour photographs.

Her work as a portrait photographer has won her many awards in recent years through her professional body the Master Photographers Association. 

Pauline prefers to work on location where this is feasible. Each portrait is carefully planned with the client so as to offer a picture that is highly original and special to each client. The summer months from April until the end of October are generally the best times to work outdoors especially where children are involved.  Winter light can be very beautiful and so creative, and unusual portraits can be taken if the subject can be prevailed upon to remain still!!

After the photo shoot, the resulting portraits are best previewed at my studio in Lopen or they can be viewed online.  When the final images are selected they can be finished in many different ways; mounted and framed or canvas wrapped etc.

Photobooks are an exciting recent innovation, Pauline likes to offer these when many precious photographs are taken and they cannot  all can be chosen as enlargements.  These books give a lovely record of an occasion or the development of children and make an ideal present for relatives.   A variety of sizes and qualities is available. 

All photographs that are chosen are printed and framed to the highest professional standards.

 Location photo shoots are priced from £75 or £250 for the shoot and a Photobook.  Print prices on application.
